The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, different devices, different payment methods, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. n666 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. n666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, n666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly within account settings:

All content on the n666 platform — including but not limited to the n666 brand name, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, audio, video content, text, and data — is the exclusive property of n666 or its licensed game providers and content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any n666 content or software without express prior written authorisation from n666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the n666 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the n666 platform.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from security breaches outside of n666's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, delays, or platform unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or game results displayed on the n666 platform that subsequently prove to be incorrect due to data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit n666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

n666 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the n666 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of n666 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the n666 platform and contact support to close your account.

The version of these Terms in force at the time you engage in any specific transaction or gameplay session at n666 governs that transaction or session, regardless of any subsequent amendments.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n666 holds its international gaming licence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani players retain any consumer protection rights available to them under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.

The English language version of these Terms shall be the governing version. Any translation provided by n666 is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version.
